You have the power to delete bad comments. Unfortunately, I don't think you can block commenters on Blogger.com, but I can block bad Xangans. As for the size, I'm not sure which box, but within the HTML brackets, you can type width=200 or height=400, or whatever size you want. I'm learning as I go as well. Good luck.
